LeadMind offers digital downloadable products. Because digital content can be accessed or delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery or access has been provided.
If payment was completed but the purchased digital product was not delivered, the secure download does not work, or a genuine technical issue prevents access, contact LeadMind support with your order number and registered purchase email. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another suitable resolution.
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate payment, contact support with the relevant payment details so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed.
