1. Business discovery
LeadMind starts with a defined research target, typically a keyword or business category combined with a location. The purpose is to create a focused set of candidate businesses for review.
2. Available business fields
Depending on the business and source, a record may contain a business name, address, location, phone information, website, category, industry, rating, review information and other fields supported by the current LeadMind workflow. Availability is not guaranteed for every field.
3. Website and contact information
A business may have a website but no publicly available email, or may publish a phone number rather than an email address. A missing field should therefore be treated as unavailable or requiring further research, not as proof that the business does not have the information.
4. Normalization and organization
Structured records are easier to review than unorganized search results. LeadMind organizes discovered information into fields so users can filter, review and export records as part of their prospecting workflow.
5. Duplicate and branch considerations
Businesses can have multiple locations, branches or records that look similar. Users should review important records before treating them as unique prospects. A branch may represent a separate sales opportunity or may belong to the same organization, depending on the user's objective.
6. Data freshness
Business information changes over time. Websites, phone numbers, addresses, operating status and business categories can change. LeadMind should not be treated as a permanent guarantee of current business information.
7. Human verification
Automated discovery is useful for finding candidates at scale, but important decisions should include human review. If a prospect is important to a campaign, verify the relevant information before outreach or a commercial decision.
8. Responsible use
Users are responsible for determining whether their intended use of collected business information is lawful and appropriate. This includes applicable privacy, marketing, communications and platform requirements. LeadMind does not turn a discovered record into permission to contact a person.
9. What LeadMind does not promise
LeadMind does not promise that every record is complete, current, unique, verified or suitable for a particular commercial purpose. The platform is designed to reduce repetitive discovery and organization work while leaving qualification and final decisions with the user.
